NOTES
*1 - Osyrus defeated Arcayin in the finale of a 4-MAN WORLD TITLE TOURNAMENT, that also included ICU and Jordan X Shabazz, to become the very first ACW World Champion in the federation's new television age.
*2 - ICU shockingly decided to cease being the ACW World Champion due to some personal issues. Thusly, the World Title was left without an owner.
*3 - Alias and Jason Kain were picked to square off in a BEST OF 7 SERIES to crown a new ACW World Champion. At the KING OF AGES 2003 pay-per-view, the BO7 SERIES was tied at three matches apiece. The deciding match turned out to be a 60-MINUTE IRON MAN CHALLENGE; Alias bested Jason Kain, and thereby become the ACW World Champion for the very first time.
*4 - The television deal that ACW had fell through. Coupled with numerous other problems, this meant ACW folded and Alias was more or less forced to vacate the World Title.
*5 - SilverHAWK defeated Osyrus in a stunning NO DISQUALIFICATIONS MATCH to claim the vacated World Title.
*6 - At the BREAKOUT 2005 pay-per-view, Vince Jacobs defended the World Title against Khristain Keller and Alias. The ending to that match saw both Jacobs and Keller pin Alias. Following a disagreement between SilverHAWK (the Boss at the time) and Jacobs during COURAGE 70, the World Title was vacated once more as a form of punishment for Vince Jacobs mainly due to Vince's unruly behaviour.
*7 - At the END GAME 2005 pay-per-view, Vince Jacobs squared off against Khristain Keller in order to crown a new ACW World Champion. There were two special guest referees for that match; Alias and LLB. After a ton of drama and controversy, it was Khristain Keller who emerged victorious to claim the vacated World Title.
*8 - Mounting issues within ACW essentially meant that the federation once again had to face the reality of closure. Hence the World Title was yet again vacated.
*9 - Seymour Almasy squared off against Andy Sharp in the finale of the WORLD TITLE TOURNAMENT to determine the new ACW World Champion. After an emotional and breathtaking battle, it was Seymour Almasy who triumphed and claimed the vacated World Title.
*10 - During the course of the LEGENDS III pay-per-view, Seymour Almasy was mysteriously attacked. His scheduled title defense against Violence Jack was changed to something else entirely; THE BATTLE OF MONTREAL BATTLE ROYALE, where the winner would claim ownership over the World Title. Eventually, it was Max Danger would walked out of the LEGENDS III pay-per-view as the new ACW World Champion.
*11 - At the END GAME 2009 pay-per-view, Alias became the first wrestler to become a three-time holder of the World Title in ACW's modern age.

NOTES
*M1 - At the LEGENDS II pay-per-view, it was announced that the United States Title and the Television Title would be retired, to reform a title belt from the yore of ACW: the Spirit Of ACW Title. Andy Sharp, who was already scheduled to defend his Television Title against Max Danger and Hound, ended up winning the match against aforementioned opponents to become the first Spirit Of ACW Champion of ACW's modern age.
*M2 - Mounting issues within ACW essentially meant that ACW once again had to face the reality of temporary closure. Hence the Spirit Of ACW Title was vacated.
*M3 - During the early weeks of ACW's return from dormancy in 2009, there was a tournament held to crown the new World Champion. The beaten semi-finalists from said tournament were then roped in to compete for the vacated Spirit Of ACW Title in a STIPULATION SHIFTER CHALLENGE. It was Steve Knox who outlasted Kelly Flawless, Violence Jack and Kelly Masters to become the new Spirit Of ACW Champion.
*M4 - Trevor Wilson was operating as Rejection at the time. He ditched the moniker midway through his first reign.
*M5 - What was supposed to be the long-awaited showdown between Midnight Cowboy and Ryan Billows (the reigning Champion) for the Spirit Of ACW Title... turned out to be a GODS & MONSTERS MATCH involving the likes of Tyson XL, The Amazing Gabriel, God's Forgotten Son and Omega -- whose inclusion meant the [Black] Scorpion Title was also on the line, in the two-fall match-up. God's Forgotten Son eventually emerged from the mayhem as the new Spirit Of ACW Champion.
*M6 - Shortly after winning the Spirit of ACW, controversial superstar Dean Denton all but dissapeared along with fellow superstar Rud Albion. It was feared that the Spirit had also dissapeared but it was retrieved by WAR, then still henchman of Jeremy Hunt, leader of the Huntsmen whom Denton was a member of. After failing to participate in LEGENDS V, Denton was stripped of the title.
*M6 - GoldenHAWK defeated Khristain Keller to win the Spirit of ACW, in a match set-up by Joe Bishop, to pay tribute to GoldenHAWK's recently deceased father.
FACTS
* - Henry Irwonsen, operating as Ironsides back in the day, holds the record for Longest Single Reign at 189 days; it was his second and last reign.
* - Ironsides, Trevor Wilson and Andy Sharp are all tied for the Most Number of Reigns; all three men have two reigns to their names.
* - Ironsides also holds the distinction for Longest Combined Reign; his two reigns combine up to an astonishing 364 days.
* - John Funneral and John Sarsgaard both hold the distinction for the Shortest Single Reign; 28 days. In the former's case, the end of the reign coincided with his untimely demise.

NOTES
*1 - Vincent Pembridge defeated 006.392, Jason Reaves, Ron Williams, General David Sanders (thReat), and Jason Semps (thReat) in a 6-PERSON FIGHT to induct the Scorpion Fighting Title into ACW's way of life, as promised to Vincent Pembridge by SilverHAWK (the de facto Boss at the time).
*2 - Keegan won the Scorpion Fighting Title from Quinton May in the second fall of a complex HIGH STAKES SHOWDOWN, where the Television Title and Quinton's son (Dylan) were also on the line. Footage of this TRIBUTE 2003 event has been described as being extremely rare due to the event's highly violent theme and sensitive eventual outcome.
*3 - The television deal that ACW had fell through. Coupled with numerous other problems, this meant ACW folded and Keegan was more or less forced to vacate the Scorpion Fighting Title.
*4 - Having been revived with an all-new television deal, ACW's first show back on the air saw Quinton May defeat Devin Bastian to claim the vacated Scorpion Fighting Title.
*5 - Chris Messiah won the Scorpion Fighting Title from Phil Atken in the first decision of an ULTIMATE SUBMISSIONS MATCH, that also featured Quinton May and the Television Title.
*6 - In a truly wonderful STEEL CAGE MATCH where the loser would have actually have to give up wrestling as a career, Chris Messiah and Phil Atken ended up hitting the arena floor at the exact same moment. After much debate, William Laguna (the Boss at the time) ruled the match a draw and decreed that both men would have to forfeit their careers as a result. That meant the Scorpion Fighting Title was once again vacated and without an owner.
*7 - William Laguna (the Boss at the time) decided to have the Scorpion Fighting Title put up for grabs in one of the first 2004 KING OF AGES TOURNAMENT QUALIFYING MATCH, which would feature Azrael Asesino squaring off against Natalie Quinston. In the end, Azrael Asesino triumphed over Natalie Quinston and took ownership of the Scorpion Fighting Title.
*8 - Due to the dearth of competition, Fejona Min stopped defending the Scorpion Fighting Title and even resorted to keeping the title belt in her residence as a souvenir. After losing the Television Title to Seymour Almasy at BREAKOUT 2005, Fejona Min left ACW due to unexplained reasons. The following week, SilverHAWK (the Boss at the time) decreed that the Scorpion Fighting Title and the Television Title went hand-in-hand, which meant that Seymour Almasy had also won the Scorpion Fightling Title at BREAKOUT 2005. SilverHAWK gave Seymour Almasy the option of retiring the title belt and having its history be absorbed by the Television Title... or defend it as a seperate entity. Seymour Almasy finally decided that the Scorpion Fighting Title would remain as a standalone title belt. Contrived? Yes. A wee bit retroactive? Yes. Accept it and move on.
*9 - Seymour Almasy put up both his Scorpion Fighting Title and his Television Title on the line in a FIVE-WAY ELIMINATION MATCH; Max Danger, Lowell Dot Com, Violence Jack and Andy Sharp were the other participants. The first person to gain a fall over Seymour Almasy would win the Scorpion Fighting Title. Lowell Dot Com ended up being the one who walked away with the Scorpion Fighting Title.
*10 - Nothing actually complicated here. Just thought something as momentous as the Scorpion Fighting Title changing hands during GIMMICK HELL deserved some recognition.
*11 - Mounting issues within ACW essentially meant that the federation once again had to face the reality of closure. Hence the Scorpion Fighting Title was yet again vacated, although Jimmy Cain continued to hold on to the Scorpion Fighting Title as a parting souvenir.
*12 - A week after ACW's triumphant return, Alias survived the inaugural SCORPION FIGHT NIGHT CHALLENGE to claim the vacated Scorpion Fighting Title.
*13 - During the KING OF AGES 2010 pay-per-view, there was something of unification bout that involved the ACW Scorpion Fighting Title and the infamous Black Title from theAsylum. The result was the birth of the ACW [Black] Scorpion Title, and the absorption of the Black Title's sketchy history into ACW lore. Fejona Min won the unification bout, against all the odds. Fejona Min goes down in history as the first-ever [Black] Scorpion Champion.
*14 - What was supposed to be Omega (the reigning Champion) defending the [Black] Scorpion Title against Tyson XL, God's Forgotten Son and The Amazing Gabriel... turned out to be a GODS & MONSTERS MATCH involving the likes of Midnight Cowboy and Ryan Billows -- whose inclusion meant the Spirit Of ACW Title was also on the line, in a two-fall match-up. Tyson XL eventually emerged from the mayhem as the new [Black] Scorpion Champion.

NOTES
*1 - El Janitors bested The Kole Brothers and .vindication in the much-lauded HOMICIDAL TENDENCIES SHOWDOWN at GLORY 2003 to become the very first holders of the Tag Team Titles.
*2 - The television deal that ACW had fell through. Coupled with numerous other problems, this meant ACW folded and El Janitors were more or less forced to vacate the Tag Team Titles.
*3 - Desperate for some extra value to the product, William Laguna (the Boss at the time) decided that the only two tag teams on the roster would fight to claim the vacated Tag Team Titles. In the end, The Normans triumphed over Splink to become the second holders of the Tag Team Titles.
*4 - Splink had been missing in action for months, after realising that there weren't many tag teams coming into ACW to challenge for the Tag Team Titles. It was then decided during the END GAME 2005 pay-per-view that the Tag Team Titles would be officially retired since nobody could get the title belts back from Splink, who were reportedly in Mexico getting into all sorts of trouble.
*5 - SilverHAWK ascertained that the tag team division was facing an unprecedented resurgence, and as such, decreed that there would be an ELIMINATION CHASE type of tournament encompassing four of the existing tag teams to claim the vacated Tag Team Titles. After weeks of competition, the final match in the ELIMINATION CHASE saw The First Airbourne do battle with the Heirs of Wrestling at THE WAKE 2009 SuperShow. Following an absolutely gruelling contest, it was the Heirs of Wrestling that walked away with the Tag Team Titles.
*6 - SilverHAWK and Alias reached an agreement; since Karina Wolfenden, the fairer half of Vox Nihili, had not yet signed an official contract with ACW, Alias would defend the Tag Team Titles on his own until Karina decided to commit herself to ACW. Alias unfortunately had the misfortune of defending the Tag Team Titles by himself that very night against The SOBs and the Pop Culture Phenoms. It was eventually the Pop Culture Phenoms who prevailed to win the Tag Team Titles. Karina Wolfenden is still nonetheless credited as having been a Tag Team Champion, and becomes the first female competitor in ACW history to accomplish this feat.
*7 - Kaus and Fever Pitch dethroned The Entourage at IN ACROPOLIS 2010 to bring the Tag Team Titles to The Night Life. Later in the evening, a decree was passed by SilverHAWK; for as long as The Night Life retained control over the Tag Team Titles, each existing member of the group would be credited as a title holder, and any possible two-person combination would be able to defend the Tag Team Titles. An expansion, really, of the ol' Freebird Rule.
*8 - Seeing how ACW was in Mexico, Teddy Koontz -- newly hired as the Tag Team Divisional Commissioner -- decided to make a ruling, especially in light of the Extended Freebird Rules in place since IN ACROPOLIS 2010: the Tag Team Titles would have to be defended under Trios Rules, which meant that any tag team that wanted to challenge for the Tag Team Titles would have to add a third member to their team. Christopher Sheffield and Keith Scott Zimmerman (henceforth known as ACW's Finest), backed up by Keith's wife Allison Lindum-Zimmerman, cashed in on Sheffield's earned shot at the Tag Team Titles and went on to win the Tag Team Titles. This moment marked Christopher Sheffield's second time being a Tag Team Champion, and he also became the first competitor in ACW to hold the Tag Team Title for a second time.
*9 - With the Trios Rules still in effect, ACW's Finest went up against the threesome of Kati, Jack Harris and Kesavan (henceforth known as The Cabalites KJK). Shocking, The Cabalites KJK walked away victorious, making them the new ACW Tag Team Champions. Andy Sharp, who was orginally supposed to be part of the match until he deferred his spot to Kati (his proxy), is also credited as being a title holder. All thanks to that understanding between Jeremy Hunt and Z.
*10 - ACW's Finest regained the Tag Team Titles, and officially became the first team in the organisation's history to be Tag Team Champions for the second time. This meant that Christopher Sheffield was a three-time Tag Team Champion, while both Keith Scott Zimmerman and Allison Lindum-Zimmerman added another reign as Tag Team Champion to their list of accolades.
*11 - Tyson XL and The Amazing Gabriel defeated every other member of the opposing team, ACW's Finest, in a Torneo Cibernetico. In doing so this adds another reign as Tag Team Champion to each member of the Night Life, as once again; for as long as The Night Life retained control over the Tag Team Titles, each existing member of the group would be credited as a title holder, and any possible two-person combination would be able to defend the Tag Team Titles. Once becoming sole survivor of the Cibernetico however, Tyson XL quit the Night Life thereby ending his second reign as Tag Team Champion.

*1 - Seeing how he was ACW's new Overlord, Jeremy Hunt decided to make his mark. He did so by forming a brand new division, complete with its own title belt. After going through all the rules for the division and unveiling the title belt, Hunt awarded none other than Billows with the Gateway Championship.
*2 - After complications with his American-based schedule and ACW's international schedule, Shawn Jessica Hart was forced to vacate the title.
*3 - Dude In Mask won the vacated Gateway title in an 8-Man Battle Royale, eliminating Abe Swift to become the last competitor standing.

NOTES
*M1 - Looking to calm the beast that was ICU after the psycho lost his United States Title to SilverHAWK at the RELENTLESS 2002 pay-per-view, Ethan Winters (the Boss at the time) introduced the Television Title which had been retired at the end of ACW's previous run earlier in 2002. This move was, in addition to being a classic move from the demented mind of Ethan Winters, also a ratings ploy to coincide with the burgeoning success of ACW's new flagship television show. ICU defeated Aaron Ward to become the inaugural holder of the Television Title of ACW's televised era.
*M2 - Alias vacated the Television Title to pursue greater heights, which he would eventually accomplish in winning the ACW World Title later in the year.
*M3 - Quinton May outlasted five other man in a SIX-PERSON BATTLE ROYALE to claim the vacated Television Title. The men he beat included: 108192, Gary Steele, Kaid Vagabon, 006.392 and Greg Davis.
*M4 - The television deal that ACW had fell through. Coupled with numerous other problems, this meant ACW folded and Quinton May was more or less forced to vacate the Television Title.
*M5 - At the behest of William Laguna (the Boss at the time), Quinton May took on Phil Atken in a fantastic LADDER MATCH to claim the vacated Television Title in the second week of ACW's revival in 2004, and therefore became the first two-time holder of the title belt in ACW's mordern televised age.
*M6 - At the beginning of the LEGENDS II pay-per-view, Joe Bishop (standing in for SilverHAWK as Interim Boss at the time) ruled that the Television Title would be retired and its history would be absorbed into the re-emerging Spirit Of ACW Title. Andy Sharp kept the Television Title as a souvenir, at Joe Bishop's insistence.
*M7 - Trevor Wilson declared himself as the new owner of the revived Television Title on the basis of his victories over luminaries such as Alias and Andy Sharp during the course of his career in ACW thus far. SilverHAWK, while not originally pleased at this decision, decided to allow the Television Title to be active once more for as-of-yet unexplained reasons.
*M8 - Despite being pleased to be holding the Television Title that had so much history, Midnight Cowboy argued that it had been brought back under false pretenses and mainly to serve the ego of Trevor Wilson (the man Cowboy beat to win the Television Title). Midnight Cowboy therefore stated he would retire the Television Title for good, which he promptly did after a proper send-off in the form of a title defense against five young upstarts.
