Biography
Seymour Almasy came to All-Star Championship Wrestling in 2005 with the aim of finding himself. One could say he succeeded too well, capturing the ACW Television and Scorpion Fighting Championships in a match against Fejona Min and Kelly Flawless at breakOUT, winning the endGAME match in the same year by outlasting the legendary Alias, and becoming ACW World Champion at Legends II in a triple threat match against Khristian Keller and the champion, Max Danger. By the end of his tenure, though, it looked as if Almasy was on his way out of the sport. After losing the ACW World Title to Andy Sharp on Courage 100, Almasy addressed the criticism levied at him by many on the roster, and declared that he had done everything that he came to do. Of course, his exhortation for the void to be filled was somewhat empty, considering that Lord Lowell Dot Com closed the promotion soon after. Three years later, however, and ACW has risen from the ashes. So too has Seymour Almasy, who has been one of the leading faces of the promotion's comeback. Almasy himself states the reason for his return to the promotion is the fan-inclusive concept. A fan favorite for most of his career, and a competitor who thrives off the support of the fans, one must believe that Seymour wonders what he can do in a setting with a few thousand loyal, rabid fans at his back. One could imagine that regaining the ACW World Championship would be on his mind, as might winning the Spirit of ACW to complete a sweep of active ACW titles. Ask Almasy himself, however, and his goal is simple: Have fun.
